The Ultimate kit for my 1985 Honda VT500c worked perfectly. My exhaust mod is cutting the 2 into 1 section of the stock muffler off, removing the guts, then a simple welded patch creating a small chamber that connects to the right side pipe only. Still using stock airbox and filter. I now experience 'accidental' wheelies. It's like a whole new bike.

I have a 1979 Honda CX 500 and I recently made some modifications (air pods, 2 to 1 exhaust). I noticed my vehicle wasn't on the list, so I e-mailed CarbJetKits and asked for the specs. 2 days later they sent me a link to a page. I clicked the link and there it was. They had created a page for my bike in 2 days! I ordered the kit, installed it (Very Easy) and now 'ol Dorothy is running cleaner, smoother and stronger than she ever has! Thanks CJK!

Have V&H pipes and K&N (big fan of ampersands) filter on an '03 Magna. Now cranks cold with no choke, smooth through the power band and I haven't really thought about it, but I think the decel pop is gone.

Thank God for carbjetkits.com I bought a 1984 Honda Shadow Vt700c that needed a lot of tlc. So I have been working on it for the past 6 months. Got everything done but just couldn't get it running right, sordid a little research and figured out that I needed to rejet the carbs after replacing the exhaust with aftermarket pipes and getting rid of the stock air cleaner system. I came to this site knowing nothing about rejetting except where the jets go. The guide was a life savers just plugged in my info and bingo it told me exactly what I needed. I installed the new jets and it purrs like a cat...runs perfectly, thanks carbjetkit.com...two thumbs up!

Very simple and succinct. Installation straightforward. Results were what I expected. Bike runs great. Loved the jet kit calculator----spot on.

and the installation was dead simple. Quality of the parts looks superior to the oem originals I pulled out of the carbs too. All packaging was clearly marked and if you've pulled the carbs on your bike apart before, as I have, the install couldn't be easier. I'll write another review once I get the bike back up and running with the new exhaust and everything reinstalled. Hoping this set gets my cafe racer project moving nice and quick after it's all back together!

I am very happy with the Jet Kit that I purchased. My 1986 Honda Shadow has never ran this good. This kit fixed my hesitation problem and my motorcycle has lots of power for a 700cc engine. Thank you for making my experience with your company and your jet kits so convenient.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! The representatives helped me choose the correct jets for my bike. The shipping was relatively fast, too. All I can say is that my bike (1984 Honda Sabre Custom Fighter/Cafe Racer) loves the new jets. Thanks for the great customer service and the great product. Will definitely do business with y'all for any and all projects from now on!

My 1983 v65 Magna has a mac 4 to 1 exhaust, and the jets have never been changed, 31 years. The simple jet calculator said ultimate, I said what the heck, for the price, to it me was worth it to check it out, well the bike runs smoother now, its not as noisy now at idle. Fast shipping, nice packing material. Thank you CarbJetKits, It worked for me.

added a mac 4-2 to my cb1000c, ran so lean it turned the new pipes bronze, polished them back to chrome and installed the new jets, it may actually run better than before

Motorcycle was running super lean. I calculated what size of jets and shims I needed. I came onto order and found their jet calculator!! Used their calculator and it recommended the 120 jets. I had 122 calculated. Got the jet and shims and bike is running much better now!Thank You so much! Gave them a 4 star for shipping because I wish I could have had the jets and shims shipped Priority. Even with this shipping, it only took 4 days from Florida to Arizona.

Hvt1100c295U - Honda VT1100C2 1995-2007 Ultimate

I emailed to ask about jets in other kits compared to shims. I recieved an email within minutes with a link explaining why carbjetkits.com uses shims. In another email the associate realized I was confused on a related issue on my bike and clarified that for me. Customer service like this is (or so I thought) a thing of the past.

The jet kit was easy to install. The instructions were simple and complete. My '98 Honda Shadow A.C.E VT1100C-2 was running terrible. With the jet kit and a high flow air filter, I don't use choke to start, and the performance is more than I imagined. I have recommended carbjetkits.com to anyone I talk to who hasn't installed a jet kit yet. I am more than satisfied with the personal care I received, and can't say enough about the affordable jet kit.
